Specialist in the taxation of family business groups and multinational groups, as well as in tax matters related to commercial sale transactions, advising companies in the venture capital, engineering, agri-food and distribution sectors.

Joaquín Cuesta has participated in company restructurings, inter-generational transfers and company acquisitions and transfers. He is an expert in implementing wage structures for managers, as well in consolidated groups and look-through entities.

He is a member of the Internationalization Committee of the Seville Chamber Commerce and of the taxation work group of the Employers Confederation of Andalusia, belonging to that entity’s Council for Economy, Finance and Taxation of SMEs.

He lectures in the Master in Tax and Tax Consultancy at Universidad Loyola Andalucía and in the Master in Tax Consultancy at Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, and he regularly speaks at conferences and seminars. He has written many chapters and articles in journals specializing in tax, and has collaborated with the journal Revista Aranzadi Doctrinal.
