He specializes in litigation and arbitration in Peru.

Rodrigo Rabines advises on negotiations to prevent and resolve contractual disputes between companies in the energy (electricity, gas and oil), banking, sports, transport, telecommunications, building, and gambling and gaming sectors.

He also advises on strategies for administering contracts, including drafting legal reports and designing strategies for preventing and resolving contractual disputes.

He is a defense lawyer in court proceedings and in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings administered by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

He worked as a senior associate at the Peruvian law firms Payet, Rey, Cauvi & Pérez Abogados and ARF Consultoría Estratégica.
