SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised the Bosch Group on its strategy to expand and strengthen its services in Spain, which started in 2024 with the acquisition of three of its official long-standing technical services: Servicio Técnico Arnaiz S.L., with headquarters in Bilbao; Paulo Azkue S.L., in San Sebastián; and Servimat Asistencia Técnica S.L., in Madrid.
Now the company is taking one step further to consolidate its strategic plan by acquiring Servei Tecnic S.A., and its three associated companies Setesa (Setesa Group) in Barcelona. Once the transaction is finalized, Bosch Home Comfort Group Service Catalunya S.L.U., will take over Setesa's transactions which, thanks to its solid position, is considered a key partner in strengthening Bosch Home Comfort's services in Spain.
The transaction enables the Bosch Home Comfort Group to strengthen its position in the Spanish market in after-sales services, expanding its network and improving the proximity and quality of the technical support it offers to clients.
The Bosch Group is a leading global technology and services provider with approximately 417,900 employees around the world. In 2023 it generated €90.5 billion in sales.
