SubscribeCuatrecasas advised private equity management company CoRe Capital on the merger of Portuguese communications agency Lift Consulting and Spanish agency Evercom, creating one of the first independent communications agencies in the Iberian market.
CoRe Capital participated in the transaction through the CoRe Consolida I fund, in line with its investment strategy of strengthening the economy through projects that promote a more resilient economic structure. In this case, the fund aimed to support business growth across the Iberian market.

Lift Consulting, with offices in Lisbon, and Evercom, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, have merged to offer current and future clients an integrated range of communications services across the Iberian market, an approach that is becoming increasingly popular.
