With a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master’s in Tax Consultancy from IE Business School, José Mª Echeverría-Torres brings solid experience in corporate and large family business taxation, and transactional taxation, making him the ideal professional to lead the practice in Aragon, where the productive structure demands expert and close support in all phases of its activity.
He also has great expertise in advising large corporations on tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and family wealth restructuring, and significant projects in sectors such as real estate, energy, and family businesses. He is a frequent speaker at leading forums and institutions such as the Madrid Bar Association, IFAES International Faculty for Executives, and ESADE Business & Law School.
