SubscribeAfter almost 27 years in Avda. de Aragón, Cuatrecasas has just moved into its new offices in Valencia. The law firm occupies the 16th and 17th floors of Edificio Aqua at 19 Calle Menorca, an architecturally avant-garde building with a groundbreaking design, in an excellent location opposite the City of Arts and Sciences. The intelligent building is equipped with the latest technology and most advanced security systems.
All the colleagues of the Cuatrecasas Valencia and Alicante Group who work in Valencia can now occupy their new workspaces in the 1,773 m2 offices that project modernity and innovation. These bright, airy spaces promote the well-being, comfort and continuous motivation of the workforce, providing a highly digital, functional workplace that facilitates communication, cooperation and networking between the groups at all times.
Francisco Picó, managing partner of Cuatrecasas Valencia and Alicante, highlights that the new location will provide greater client proximity and service excellence: “The new offices intend to serve as a lever for change. The values that underpin our project remain the same: quality work continues to be core to our strategy together with social commitment and special attention to people’s well-being. We are developing on this basis to promote a more cohesive and collaborative work culture through more innovative spaces.” He also emphasizes the benefits that the new space will create: "We want to promote communication, equality and teamwork; and make the most of the latest technology to meet the new digital, connectivity and communication needs of our team and clients. It is not just a new workspace; it is an opportunity to improve and continue being a benchmark in the practice of law.”
As Cuatrecasas already demonstrated in Barcelona and Madrid, and recently in its Lisbon and Seville offices, the firm is committed to innovative, inviting offices that make work a unique experience. These open-plan spaces are also environmentally conscious and comply with sustainability principles, in line with the firm’s ESG policies.
The Valencia office works together with the Alicante team throughout the autonomous regions of Valencia and Murcia, advising companies, public institutions and family businesses on all areas of business law and corporate and private transactions.
