Cuatrecasas advises on selling 15.7-MW solar PV plant to Sonnedix

Cuatrecasas advised a group of Danish institutional investors on selling a 15.7 MW solar PV portfolio in Spain to Sonnedix.

The portfolio is comprised of 15 solar photovoltaic plants located in Alicante, Barcelona, Castellón, Lleida, Madrid, Murcia and Valencia. All plants are operational since 2008-2012 and under the Spanish regulatory regime.

The Cuatrecasas advisory team for this transaction was made up of Mariano Úcar, Sora Park, María Corzo and Catalina Guzmán (Corporate and Commercial); Luis Pérez de Ayala (Energy and Natural Resources); and Antonio Paredes and Berta Kutz (Finance).
