CVS Group grows after purchase of Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío

Cuatrecasas advised CVS Group, belonging to Ufenau Capital Partners, on acquiring Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío.

Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío are two companies with excellent track records in technical installation and maintenance. Proteknia Fire provides its services in Spain and has over 70 employees at eight offices. Ebrofrío has over 30 years of national and international experience in creating innovative technical solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, and air conditioning.

After finalizing these two acquisitions, CVS Group achieves combined sales of €40 million and forms a workforce of 200 employees, making it one of the leaders in its sector in the different segments.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Kai Christian Fischer, Corporate and M&A partner and director of the Cuatrecasas German Desk,  with lawyers Álvaro López de Ceballos, Jordi Vergoni, Jaime Sepúlveda and Francisco Sánchez, Corporate and M&A, also participating.
