His proven professional profile will strengthen the firm's leading position in a strategic specialty area and will contribute significant added value to the work of a team already established as a benchmark for its specialization and quality of service.
Javier Hermosilla has an outstanding career working at national and international law firms. With a Bachelor of Laws, and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE and a Master of Laws in Energy from the Spanish Energy Club, he has extensive experience in M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure, TMT, banking, real estate, manufacturing and retail sectors. In recent years, he has led many energy transactions. Recognized as a Rising Star or Up and Coming by Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR, he also excels in private equity and combines his practice with an intense teaching activity in institutions such as University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF).
