Portik is a leading property management company in Mexico, Portugal and Spain, managing over 500,000 properties through a network of 100 branches and 1,200 highly experienced professionals.
This financing will help further its ambitious buy-and-build strategy.
The Cuatrecasas legal team handling the transaction was made up of Analy Velasco, Emilio Ruvalcaba, León López and Mariajosé Raimond, all of which are based in the Mexico City office.
