SubscribeCuatrecasas opens the call for entries for the new edition of Cuatrecasas Challenge, a prestigious national competition in the field of business law aimed at law students from any Spanish university who are in their final year of a degree or dual degree, have an outstanding academic record and have an advanced level of English. For the fifth consecutive year, participants will have the opportunity to experience defending and resolving a practical case before an internal court within the firm. The registration period will remain open until October 31, 2025, at midnight.
Once all the applications have been reviewed, the jury will select the 16 participants who, organized in pairs, will face the challenges of a competition that will be divided into two stages: a written phase and an oral phase. Participants will demonstrate their educational background and skills in procedural strategy, public speaking, and debate in a highly demanding professional environment.
Once the competition is over, both the winning and finalist pairs will receive a financial grant to enroll in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law or a dual master's degree with a specialization, in addition to completing their professional internship at the firm in the specialty group of their choice.
Those interested in participating must submit their application along with an updated résumé, academic record, and a letter of motivation. Once the selection of students who will participate in this fifth Cuatrecasas Challenge has been made, the pairs that will work on solving the case will be formed.
Program:
September–October 2025: registration for the fifth edition
November–December 2025: selection of candidates
December 2025: assignment of partners and submission of the practical case
