SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Mutares on acquiring Nervión Industries, Engineering and Services, S.L.U., from Amper, S.A.
This transaction will enable the German group to strengthen its position in the goods and services sector, particularly in the Iberian market where Nervión is a leading operator with extensive experience serving clients in end markets such as the oil and gas, industrial and energy industries.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary merger control requirements.
The Cuatrecasas advisory team was made up of lawyers Kai Christian Fischer, Santiago Bayo and Jorge Núñez-Lagos.
