Cuatrecasas has advised Successful Capital SGEIC S.L. on the incorporation of Successful Fund I FCRE, a venture capital fund of up to €30 million, which will invest in innovative startups.
The main objective of Successful Fund I FCRE will be to drive innovation and sustainable growth by providing strategic financing to startups and emerging projects with valuations of under €5 million and under two years of existence.
The initial investment tickets are between €50,000 and €200,000 per startup, with follow-ons of up to €500,000 per startup. This strategy seeks not only to provide the necessary funding in the early stages, but also to support the continued growth of the most successful startups as they evolve.
