SubscribeCuatrecasas has been honored with two major awards at the EMEA Tax Awards 2025, organized by International Tax Review (ITR), a prestigious publication specializing in taxation and tax law. The Firm has been recognized as “Portugal Tax Law Firm of the Year” for the first time, and as “Spain Tax Litigation Law Firm of the Year” for the second consecutive year.
With this distinction, the Cuatrecasas Tax Law team in Portugal, led by partner Serena Cabrita Neto, has improved its position in the rankings, as the “Tax Law Firm of the Year” category covers the entire tax law segment.
In Spain, the Tax Litigation area, coordinated by partner Jaume Bonet, reaffirms its leadership with the “Spain Tax Litigation Law Firm of the Year” award, which was also received in the 2024 edition.
Since 2005, ITR has recognized the performance of the most outstanding tax and transfer pricing teams and professionals in 33 jurisdictions. The EMEA Tax Awards not only reward best practices in taxation, but also technical excellence, innovation, compliance in tax technology, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
