Unión Financiera Asturiana acquires financial platform Zank Financial

Unión Financiera Asturiana, a specialized credit institution, has acquired financial platform Zank Financial. Fernando Mínguez, Carlota Tojo, Julián Ruan and Sergio Ochagavía advised Unión Financiera Asturiana on this purchase.

The buyer has acquired the larger part of the share capital—all the voting rights—of the fintech company, previously owned by Fintonic Servicios Financieros and its founding partners. Fintech activity is gaining growing importance for the firm’s Financial Services Practice.
