SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Aon PLC, the global risk management services provider, on acquiring Mexico-based ERN (Evaluación de Riesgos Naturales y Antropogénicos) S.A., a market leader in structural risk analysis and modeling, present throughout Latin America.
Thanks to the legal advice of our Mexico City office on this transaction, Aon will be able to expand its experience and capabilities in risk and catastrophe analysis and modeling in Latin America. This greater range of client services provides an improved valuation of possible secondary losses and a broadened view of risk for making business decisions.
