Companies affected by the pandemic can continue to adjust their workforce and costs
Royal Decree-Law 11/2021 extends until September 30, 2021 the main labor measures adopted to date in the face of the pandemic (ERTEs due to COVID, maintenance of employment and limitations to the prohibition of dismissal, among others), while introducing new features in the exemptions on social security contributions for companies in sectors most affected by the pandemic.
