Almendra Pachari advises on regulatory matters and administrative law, covering areas such as environment, energy (electricity, gas and hydrocarbon), infrastructure, land management, water resources and sanitation. She also handles municipal, real estate and urban planning matters. She has provided legal assistance for the development of activities and projects, participating in acquisition, structuring and implementation processes, and defends clients’ interests before state bodies. Her practice also focuses on advising clients on projects under concession agreements, public-private partnerships and the works-for-taxes scheme. 
Almendra handles investigations in different economic markets and the implementation of administrative sanctioning proceedings in relation to free competition. She advises on proceedings for removing bureaucratic barriers and on matters related to consumer protection and intellectual property.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the public sector, specifically with the competition authority and, previously, she was an associate in the natural resources and infrastructure practice of a leading law firm in Peru.
