Ana Mullor advises companies on civil and commercial litigation, and on industrial and intellectual property matters. She also advises on crossborder succession together with the lawyers of the firm’s Tax Practice.

She offers prelitigation advice on the above areas, particularly on corporate disputes in conjunction with the lawyers of the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

She focuses her practice on insolvency law, corporate law, civil law and industrial property.

She has extensive experience in commercial and civil court hearings, and in drafting all types of procedural documents.

In 2018, she was seconded to the Intellectual Property and Data Protection Practice at the firm’s Madrid office. Before joining the firm, she worked at the procedural law practice for other leading law firm.

She lectures in the Master in Technology Contracts and in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at FUNDESEM Business School.

She is the author of several published articles and speaks regularly on corporate and insolvency matters and data protection at different events.
