Ana Mullor advises national and international clients on commercial matters, particularly focusing on corporate disputes, pre-litigation advice in contentious general meetings and meetings of boards of directors, directors' liability, challenges of corporate resolutions, actions for annulments of acts and agreements, claims arising from breaching shareholders agreements, right of separation, and commercial-related non-contentious proceedings. She also advises on litigation arising from unfair competition, company sales, and on commercial and contractual disputes.
In 2018, she was seconded to the Intellectual Property and Data Protection Practice at the firm’s Madrid office. She has experience in commercial court hearings involving industrial property—brands, patents, utility models and industrial designs—and trade secrets and unfair competition.
She is also an associate lecturer at prestigious institutions, lecturing on corporate law matters.
Ana speaks at forums and has written publications on her specialty, particularly relating to corporate disputes.
She is a member of the Alcoy Bar Association and the Spanish Business Litigation Club.
