Aurora Campins is a lecturer at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) where she has been teaching different subjects of commercial and corporate law at the law and business administration faculties since 1992.

She was a lecturer on the Master in Business Law at UAM and coordinated the module on corporate governance. She was also a collaborating lecturer on the Master in Legal Consultancy for Businesses organized by Universidad Pontificia de Madrid at the Instituto de Posgrado y Formación Continua, the Master in Economic Analysis of Law at Fundación Ortega y Gasset, on the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at ICADE School of Law and on the Expert Course on Corporate Governance at UAM.

She has held several management positions at the UAM's Faculty of Law, including that of deputy director of the Department of Economic and Social Private Law, covering the areas of corporate, civil, labor, procedural, and Roman law, and the history of law.

She is the author of a monograph on professional companies and has written several articles on corporate matters (bylaws, removal and exclusion of shareholders, directors, dividends, and general conditions) and the economic analysis of law. She has participated in many conferences organized by professional associations.
