Aurora Campins has a strong background in lecturing and legal research, focusing her research on company law, particularly related to professional limited liability companies. She has lectured on various areas of corporate law at the faculties of law and business administration of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) since 1992, where she is accredited to access a position as an associate professor.

She has lectured in the UAM's official Master in Business Law, where she coordinated the module on corporate governance. She was also a collaborating lecturer in the Master in Business Legal Consultancy organized by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE at its Institute of Further Education, as well as in the Master in the Economic Analysis of Law at the Ortega y Gasset Foundation, and the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE.

She has held several management positions at the UAM's Faculty of Law, including that of deputy director of the Department of Economic and Social Private Law, covering the areas of corporate, civil, labor, procedural, and Roman law, and the history of law.

She has written several articles on corporate matters (bylaws, removal and exclusion of shareholders, directors, dividends, and general conditions) and the economic analysis of law. She has participated in many conferences organized by professional associations.
