Belén Conthe Alonso-Olea has over 10 years of experience in labor law and social security law. She is an expert in proceedings in the labor courts, due diligence processes and transnational commercial transactions, hiring, compensation systems, senior management, collective bargaining, restructuring processes, dialog with workers’ legal representatives and sustainability policies.
She has written and co-written several articles for books, newspapers and journals specializing in labor law and social security law.
She participates regularly in labor law forums and speaks at different seminars, having also given many courses relating to labor law throughout her career.
She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011 and is a member of labor lawyer associations such as FORELAB (Foro Español de Laboristas) and ASNALA (Asociación Nacional de Abogados Laboralistas).
