Erik Serrano advises national and international clients on real estate investment and disinvestment transactions involving all kinds of assets (hotels, residential buildings, offices, shopping centers, logistics assets, retail and renewable energy projects) and implemented using different structures (e.g., asset acquisition, portfolio sales, incorporation of joint ventures to develop real estate projects, corporate transactions and sale-and-leaseback transactions).

He also drafts and helps negotiate lease, construction, management and marketing contracts for all kinds of assets.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
