Matías Restovic

Matías Restovic advises clients on dispute resolution proceedings in first- and second-instance civil courts and on national and international arbitration proceedings. He also advises on proceedings before the Chilean concessions dispute board and the Chilean concessions arbitration tribunal.

He has participated in civil proceedings concerning contractual breaches, civil liability and consumer protection, as well as in insolvency proceedings. Matías also handles arbitration proceedings concerning disputes arising from construction, energy and infrastructure projects; corporate disputes; and public-works concession contracts.

Previously, he was an assistant at the procedural law and natural law departments at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Currently, he is an assistant in the litigation seminar at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
