Pascal Ziede advises clients on dispute resolution proceedings, participating in national and international civil lawsuits and arbitration proceedings.
She has participated in civil lawsuits involving breach of contract and insolvency proceedings, as well as in arbitration proceedings involving disputes arising from construction, energy and infrastructure projects, as well as involving company acquisitions and investment funds.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for a leading Chilean law firm (2020-2022).
She is a procedural law assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Previously, she was an assistant at the chair of civil law at Pontificia Universidad Católica.
