He has been mainly dedicated to regulatory and compliance matters in the financial sector, advising banks and other financial institutions namely on regulatory procedures with the supervisory authorities, organizational and governance requirements applying to financial institutions, compliance matters (e.g. MiFID II, AML, PSD II), outsourcing arrangements and structuring and setting-up of investment funds.
Paulo Costa Martins is an author of several articles and speaker at conferences and postgraduate courses in the area of banking and capital markets Law.
