Rachel Saab specializes in dispute resolution, advising and representing Portuguese and foreign clients in pre-litigation matters, as well as in complex and strategic disputes in court and arbitration proceedings.
Previously, she worked in one of Brazil’s most prestigious law firms, where she gained experience in class actions concerning environmental matters. She is a member of the Portuguese and the Brazilian Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Civil (IBDCivil) and the Brazilian committee of Association Henri Capitant des Amis de la Culture Juridique Française (AHC-Brasil).
She lectures civil law at several postgraduate programs.
She is an author and coauthor of a book and of several articles and speaks in seminars and conferences on civil law in Portugal and abroad.
