Rachel Saab

Rachel Saab advises on dispute resolution and represents Portuguese and foreign clients in pre-litigation matters and complex and strategic disputes in court and arbitration proceedings. 

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in one of Brazil’s most prestigious law firms, where she gained experience in class actions concerning environmental matters. 

She is a member of the Portuguese and the Brazilian Bar Associations and of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Civil (IBDCivil) and the Brazilian committee of L'Association Henri Capitant. 

She lectures in civil law for several postgraduate programs.

She has authored and coauthored a book and several articles and speaks at seminars and conferences on civil law in Portugal and abroad.
