Specialist in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating agreements, restructuring, corporate refinancing and insolvency proceedings (particularly advising credit institutions), and in the securities market.
Rafael Hidalgo has participated in restructuring processes, the mergers of credit institutions and the establishing of institutional protection systems for them, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating national and international works and engineering contracts. He has also contributed to the drafting of legal opinions about business mergers, acquisitions and concentrations, financial aid, directors’ remuneration, and bankruptcy credit rating.
He is an associate lecturer of commercial law at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, in the Master in Legal Consultancy for Businesses at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Huelva, and in the Course in Legal Practice at the School of Forensic Practice of the Seville Bar Association. He has contributed to various law review articles.
