Cuatrecasas advises Meridia on acquiring a new building in Madrid for €12 million
Cuatrecasas has advised Meridia RE IV Proyecto 13, a subsidiary of Meridia RE IV, on acquiring a large building in Madrid for €12 million. With this property, located on calle Julián Camarillo 22, Meridia expands its real estate portfolio in Spain.
The transaction enables Meridia to consolidate its position in one of the most sought-after areas of the capital, where it already has a strong presence. The fund manager plans to complete a series of renovations to improve and reposition the asset, which has 20,188 sqm of floor space and 180 parking spaces.
The Cuatrecasas team advising on this transaction was made up of lawyers Juan Grima and María Furest, supported by the teams of Esteban Flores and Francisco Ferrandis.
