SubscribeThe Act on Waste and Contaminated Land (Act 7/2022) aims to encourage the circular economy. To that end, the rules on waste and contaminated land have been reviewed and two new taxes created. The new waste and contaminated land regime took effect on April 10, 2022. The new taxes on plastic and waste will enter into force on January 1, 2023.
