¡Bienvenido a Talks@SP4CE! El próximo martes 21 de mayo inauguramos este ciclo de eventos impulsado por un equipo de jóvenes profesionales de Cuatrecasas. Hemos creado este nuevo espacio para que nos podamos encontrar, conectar y disfrutar de charlas inspiradoras impartidas por ponentes de primer nivel. Y por supuesto, ¡terminar con un buen afterwork!
En este primer encuentro contaremos con dos ponentes que conocen muy de cerca el negocio de los espacios coliving: Carlos Pierre (Founder and CEO of Badi) y Ana Martínez (Head of Operations - Iberia of Urban Campus).
Juntos, analizaremos las distintas iniciativas que existen actualmente en este sector de nuestro mercado inmobiliario, compartiremos lecciones aprendidas de otros países y estudiaremos los perfiles de los clientes que buscan este tipo de espacios: edad, intereses, duración de estancias, localización, precios, etc. Además, exploraremos las distintas opciones que existen para inversores y otros actores interesados en desarrollar iniciativas de coliving.
