Alba López-Agudiña advises on investment and disinvestment transactions for a wide range of real estate assets (hotels, offices, residences, land, logistics, retail and renewable energy), including due diligence and prior agreements (such as non-disclosure agreements, offers, provision of security through call and put options, and purchase deposits). She drafts and negotiates all the contractual documents necessary for those transactions. 

She has extensive experience in complex transactions on land under management, managing the relations between the parties during the urban planning process. She is an expert in assisting clients while operating and managing real estate assets, including real estate development, condominiums and homeowners’ associations.

She advises clients in the tourism industry—hotel owners, operators and managers—on all stages of their business. She also advises on construction contracts, urban and industrial leases, and collaboration agreements. She has advised real estate companies with cash flow problems or facing insolvency on restructuring and on their dealings with financial institutions.  

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
