Álvaro Rueda

Álvaro Rueda focuses his practice on advising national and international clients on M&A, corporate restructurings and exchange rate matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. 

In M&A, he has participated in national transactions and transactions involving many jurisdictions and different sectors, including the energy, infrastructure, health and manufacturing sectors. 

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at leading law firms in Colombia and in the US.
