Amador Navarro specializes in corporate disputes. He advises on directors’ liability, contentious general meetings, challenges of corporate agreements, claims arising from breach of shareholders agreements, and non-contentious commercial proceedings.
His expertise also includes litigation arising from company sales, commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency law issues, and insolvency proceedings.
He began his career at a leading law firm in Madrid, advising on corporate and commercial law, M&A, civil and commercial litigation, and insolvency law.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club.
He lectures on civil praxis in several masters at Universidad de Navarra (admission to the practice of law, business law, tax consultancy and digital law).
He is a collaborating lecturer in the masters for admission to the practice of law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, ISDE Law & Business School, and IE Business School; and lectures in courses at the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He has participated in forums, including the IE Corporate Law Club. He has written articles on his specialty, particularly relating to corporate disputes.
