She specializes in labor and employment law, labor procedural law and immigration law.

Aymé Límaco advises public and private companies, and state institutions on designing remuneration structures, including labor-tax planning, staff transfer processes and the reduction of labor contingencies in investment and M&A projects.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as a consultant on international worker mobility in London, and in different local and international law firms in Lima.
