Claudia Morgado advises clients on information society services, e-commerce, consumer protection, electronic signature, digital identity, trusted services (eIDAS), entertainment and data protection.

She also handles the drafting and negotiating of commercial and technological agreements, legal notices, general conditions for online sales, trademarks, patents, databases and image rights licenses, assignments, and collaboration agreements for R&D projects.

She has participated in important technological and digital projects for the automotive sector, including cases related to car connectivity, big data, the internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), open innovation and acceleration programs, collaborative economy and other disruptive technologies.

She lectures in the eSports Business Master’s Program organized by ISDE Law & Business School and has written many articles and publications on her specialty area.
