Coaner Adam advises on (i) real estate transactions, (ii) structuring and negotiating sales agreements, (iii) coordinating due diligence procedures, and (iv) negotiating commercial agreements.

She also advises on acquisitions, leases and construction procedures in terms of real estate.

She has experience as an in-house lawyer and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
