Specialist in advising Spanish and multinational groups on tax; extensive experience in indirect taxation, corporate income tax consolidation, transfer pricing and permanent establishments.
Conchi Bargalló is an expert in tax audit and inspection procedures, and in negotiating with the Spanish tax authorities. She has actively participated in many Spanish and international corporate restructuring transactions.
From November 2014 to December 2017, she was assigned to the Shanghai office, advising on inbound and outbound investment in China.
She speaks regularly on tax at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, the EU Chamber of Commerce in China and the CEF Center for Financial Studies.
