Specialist in tax law, particularly in indirect taxation.
Daniel S. de Bobos-Radu specializes in advising on corporate restructuring transactions and on optimizing international logistics chains, as well as providing cross-sectoral assistance with projects in the public, finance, real estate, pharmaceutical, energy and digital economy sectors. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at other law firms in Portugal and held the position of Tax Manager in the Government & Public Sector and Tax Policy & Controversy departments of an international auditing firm. He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. He is an arbitrator at the Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa (CAAD) and a member of the Associação Fiscal Portuguesa and of the International Fiscal Association. He is guest lecturer in the Economic and Legal Science Group at the Faculty of Law of Universidade de Lisboa, where he lectures on tax law, public finance, EU law and international economic law.
