Specialist in commercial, corporate and damages litigation; former senior judge at the Provincial Court of Valencia.

Eduardo Pastor passed the exams for admission to the judiciary in 2010 as the top candidate in his selection board, later becoming student number three in the 62nd exam of the General Council of the Spanish Judiciary’s Legal School. He worked in the civil courts and, in 2016, he became a commercial law specialist and was the youngest senior judge in Spain at the time. After that, he developed his career at the commercial courts of Barcelona and Valencia and, before joining the firm in 2025, he was a member of the ninth division of the Provincial Court of Valencia, specialized in commercial matters.

He has extensive experience in most aspects of commercial litigation. As a senior judge, his work was decisive for the dissemination in Spain of damages actions for breaches of competition law, thanks to innovative solutions that led to the referral of several questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union for a preliminary ruling. He also stands out for his work in unfair competition litigation, the protection of trade secrets, industrial property, insolvency law and company law.

Eduardo has a Doctor of Laws (summa cum laude honors) from Universitat de València. He has been an associate lecturer at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and at Universitat de València, and currently is an associate lecturer at Universidad Católica de Valencia. He is the author of several specialized publications in his specialty areas and collaborates regularly with academic institutions and other professionals.
