Specialist in international arbitration and litigation, national and international securities enforcement procedures.

Eugenia Seoane has participated in complex international arbitration proceedings, including investment arbitration (ICSID) and commercial arbitration (ICC), and in relation to real estate, engineering and construction, and infrastructure sales agreements for renewable energy and maritime services. She has also participated in many civil and commercial lawsuits in the Spanish courts, including claims for contractual and non-contractual liability, enforcement and insolvency procedures, and follow-on claims. She has advised companies and individuals on litigation strategies and matters relating to Spanish law and private international law.

She successfully completed the Cuatrecasas International Program for Young Lawyers, during which she was on secondment at reputed law firms in Paris, Buenos Aires, Washington DC and New York and at a well-known US investment fund.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

She was a judge in the C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (2022) and in the International Arbitration Competition organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires (2017).
