Felipe Prieto advises national and international clients on corporate and real estate law, covering acquisitions and disinvestments of assets and asset-owning companies, financing transactions, co-investments and joint ventures. His focus on real estate law includes reviewing deeds, asset and company due diligence, co-ownership and easements, reorganizations, and the design of guarantees and risk allocation.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in the corporate team at a leading real estate firm in Chile.
