Isabel Gandoy advises venture capital funds and other strategic investors, as well start-up developers on their initial stages of development and on their financing, particularly in the technology, internet, financial services and retail sectors.
She has worked on many crossborder transactions with the United States, Canada and Latin America, and has been based at the Cuatrecasas New York office in recent years.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. She lectures in the Master in International Business Law at ESADE Business & Law School and in the Master in Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital & Private Equity at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
