Iván Preciado specializes in preparing for procedures in the labor and administrative courts where he also represents clients, as well as in due diligence processes. He advises on a wide range of matters on an ongoing basis, including international mobility, social security, hiring, and internal and external flexibility processes.
He is also an expert in business restructuring processes and in collective bargaining, covering strategic and implementation aspects. He has participated in many collective dismissals, temporary redundancy plans, the non-application of collective agreements, and substantial modifications of working conditions on a collective basis.
Before joining Cuatrecasas in 2014, he worked as an employment lawyer in other Spanish law firms.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He lectures in the Advanced course on international mobility organized by the Spanish Forum for Expatriate Management for Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE.
