Ms. Jane Jin’s practice focuses on China inbound and outbound FDI, cross-border M&A and general corporate advisory. She also specializes in dealing with employment matters relating to Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs).
She handles company sales and mergers, corporate reorganizations, due diligence, joint venture agreements, commercial contracts and labor issues.
She joined Cuatrecasas in 2016.
