Leyre Simón advises national and international clients on M&A transactions; investment and joint-venture agreements; and the sale, leasing and management of real estate assets. She has particular experience in the hotel, residential, offices, industrial and commercial sectors.
She has worked in the Cuatrecasas New York office.
She is an associate lecturer of commercial law at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona.
She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2019.
