Lourdes Menédez regularly advises debtors and creditors on debt restructuring (court and out-of-court), refinancing, and direct lending transactions, and special situations that affect companies in trouble. She also advises clients on transactions subject to Spanish law and those subject to international law in the Spanish legal system.
From 2018 to 2024, she worked at the Cuatrecasas London office.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
