Lucía Astarloa advises national and international companies on corporate governance, directors' liability, contentious general meetings, challenges of corporate agreements, claims arising from breach of shareholders agreements, and non-contentious commercial proceedings. She also advises on disputes arising from company sales, and on commercial and contractual disputes.
She specializes in dispute avoidance and resolution in limited liability companies, having secured unique and groundbreaking court and arbitration decisions in corporate disputes. This has enabled her to build a solid career in commercial litigation.
Lucía is an associate lecturer at prestigious institutions, lecturing on corporate law. She also speaks at forums and has written publications on her specialty, particularly relating to corporate disputes.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the Spanish Business Litigation Club, and the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club.
